I'm 156lbs today,which is a lot, but yesterday i was 157lbs, and the thrill of seeing the needle in the scale point to that lower number was immense, and will definately encourage me. Living on my own, there's no excuses anymore, i can't buy things like chocolate because i know i'll binge. So, today is a new beginning! I'm going to aim for 120lbs by mid-june. So I'll say 2 months to lose 34lbs. It probably won't happen but if i get myself to a gym and just don't eat... we'll see. I'm sick of looking in the mirror and feeling sick because i look so disgusting.
